Are you immediately available to start within 1-2 weeks? Are you an experienced Administrator wanting to move into HR or Talent, or gain experience within compliance and onboarding? Element Recruitment are a growing business in Somerset seeking a proactive Temporary Recruitment Administrator to support the team. The role will focus on onboarding new starters, ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience from offer to induction. You’ll get to work in a super friendly, and growing team, while being exposed to different elements of HR from Talent, L&D to BP.

Starting ASAP

4 days home working, 1 day in the office

Based in Wiltshire, with parking

£14.00 per hour

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing contracts and onboarding documentation
  • Scheduling screening calls for the TA team
  • Sending CVs to managers, updating the ATS and trackers
  • Coordinating induction schedules and training
  • Completing pre-employment checks
  • Supporting managers and employees with HR queries
  • Maintaining accurate employee records

You will need to be:

  • Organised, detail-focused, and confident in building positive relationships
  • Previous HR or administration experience is desirable, but most importantly, you’ll bring energy and professionalism to the role
