Are you an experienced Administrator available for a 3 month contract? We’re supporting a growing healthcare organisation in hiring a proactive Temporary Administrator to support the Clinical Operations team. You will support with general administration, liaise with stakeholders, and update information on the CRM as well as Excel (so you will need a good level of Excel). In this role, you’ll support onboarding, training compliance, scheduling, communication, and day-to-day operational admin for clinicians.
Initially 3 months at £13.46 per hour. Located on the outskirts of Bristol but this is a fully remote role.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinating interviews and clinician inductions
- Maintaining training & compliance records
- Updating clinician rates and resolving invoice queries
- Acting as first point of contact for clinician queries & issues
- Managing feedback, reports, and internal communications
- Scheduling, availability planning & workload allocation
- Ordering resources such as diagnostic kits and booklets
About you:
- Experienced Administrator
- Worked in clinical, NHS, or medical industries (desirable)
- Super organised and confident juggling multiple priorities
- Great communicator who enjoys supporting people
- Strong admin skills with an eye for detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, varied role
