This is a stand‑alone payroll role offering autonomy, flexibility, and the opportunity to support a busy finance team.
Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end processing of weekly payroll
- Managing payroll records, timesheets, starters and leavers
- Handling payroll queries and ensuring compliance with HMRC and pension regulations
- Supporting pension administration and payroll reporting
- Assisting with sales ledger duties, invoicing and reconciliations
- Identifying and implementing process improvements
About You
- Minimum 2 years' payroll experience
- Strong knowledge of UK payroll legislation
- Confident using Excel / VLOOKUPS etc
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
- Able to work independently and meet deadlines
