Element are pleased to be supporting a nationwide organisation for the recruitment of their Transactional Finance Manager. This role is looking after AP & AR for the company, and involves taking system improvements.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Recording of weekly income
  • Ensuring accurate reconciliations
  • Ensuring tight financial controls
  • Smooth month end processes
  • Delivery of KPI dashboards
  • Oversight of AP & AR functions, reporting into the head of finance

Key Characteristics

  • Experience with managing people, and coaching members of staff
