Fast-scaling organisation in Gloucester is looking for a Group Financial Controller at a time of Transformation and Growth. We’re looking for someone who thrives in the space between technical excellence and operational transformation. You’ll be leading a sociable team that values collaboration over hierarchy.
Responsible for financial and compliance reporting, group consolidation and the annual audit process. This will suit someone from an SME background.
Responsibilities- Production of the monthly accounts and the consolidation process to group.
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts, tax packs and compliance reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Oversee AP and AR.
- Oversee key balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support CFO to present reports to executive board members and the group.
- Lead a team of 5.
