The Opportunity
We are looking for skilled administrators who can provide high-quality support to Financial Advisers, helping ensure recommendations and ongoing client services are delivered efficiently and accurately. You’ll play a key role in maintaining excellent client service standards while supporting the smooth running and growth of the business.
Typical Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for clients via phone and email
- Managing and maintaining confidential client records
- Converting adviser meeting notes into actionable tasks within back-office systems
- Supporting advisers with research using financial planning tools
- Processing new business and preparing client review packs
- Managing central inboxes and workflow systems
- Liaising with providers and responding to queries
- Producing quotations, illustrations, and supporting documentation
- Completing application forms and compliance requirements (including AML checks)
- Reviewing documentation such as Letters of Authority and client packs
- Supporting the wider team to ensure deadlines and service levels are met
- Ensuring adherence to internal procedures and regulatory requirements
About You
- Minimum 2 years’ experience within financial services administration
- Good understanding of financial products and processes
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Organised with excellent planning and prioritisation skills
- Confident using Microsoft Office and industry systems
- Professional and client-focused approach
