Element Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Compliance & HR Administrator to provide day-to-day administrative support to a busy Human Resources team in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to begin or develop a career in HR, with hybrid working available.
This will suit you if you have excellent attention to detail, a solid administrator and super organised.
- 6 month contract
- £12.31per hour (£24,000 equivalent)
- 37.5 hour working week
- Mainly remote working (1 day per month in the Bristol office)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support to the HR team
- Assist with maintaining employee records and HR systems
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing starter paperwork
- Help arrange interviews and support recruitment administration
- Prepare basic HR documentation such as letters and contracts
- Respond to routine HR queries and redirect as appropriate
Key Skills & Experience:
- Previous office or administrative experience (HR experience not essential)
- Good organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to learn and develop within an HR environment
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Ability to work well as part of a team
