An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Client Manager to join one of our successful and growing independent accountancy practice clients in Exeter.
The Role
- Manage a varied portfolio of clients across multiple sectors.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, building strong and lasting relationships.
- Review statutory accounts, management accounts, corporation tax returns, and personal tax returns.
- Provide proactive business, tax, and financial advice to clients.
- Identify opportunities to add value and support clients in achieving their business goals.
- Support and develop junior team members through coaching and mentoring.
- Work closely with Partners on client strategy, business development, and practice growth initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and professional standards.
You will ideally have:
- ACA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification.
- Significant experience within an accountancy practice environment at a similar level.
- Strong knowledge of accounts preparation, taxation, and client advisory services.
- Experience managing a portfolio of clients independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A proactive approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience leading, mentoring, or managing team members.
