You’ll play a pivotal role overseeing seamless administrative operations, coordinating cross-functional projects, and providing high-level executive support.

About the role:
This hybrid role combines senior-level EA responsibilities with strategic business support management. You’ll act as a trusted advisor and gatekeeper, ensuring the CEO remains focused and prepared in a fast-paced environment. From complex diary and travel management, meeting coordination and minute-taking, to driving project tracking and continuous process improvement, your expertise will make a direct impact.
