Credit Controller

• Assist in the collection of outstanding debts.

• Support the processing of internal invoices from the system to the finance system.

• Ensure timely debt payments, follow up on overdue accounts, and negotiate repayment plans when necessary.

• Manage and resolve queries related to debt recovery.

• Maintain accurate records for both internal and external audits.

• Communicate debt collection progress to all relevant stakeholders.

• Escalate issues to the Debt Recovery Manager as needed.

• Collaborate with all departments to provide a precise and efficient credit control service.

• Build and maintain strong working relationships.

• Perform additional duties as required.

Element Recruitment is working exclusively with a very successful national organisation, based in North Bristol who are looking for an experienced Credit Controller to join their team on a 9-month fixed term contract. This position is likely to go permanent. You will need 2 – 3 years of experience in Credit Control, great attention to detail and good system skills for this position., * credit control: 2 years (preferred)

£24,715 – £26,000 a year – Full-time, Fixed term contract,
