The Role

As our Credit Administrator, you’ll play a key role in supporting the credit control function of the business. You’ll be responsible for maintaining accurate records, liaising with customers regarding outstanding balances, and ensuring all credit-related processes run smoothly. This hybrid role offers the flexibility of working both from our welcoming Chew Magna office and from home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain customer credit accounts
  • Chase outstanding payments via phone and email in a professional manner
  • Reconcile accounts and investigate any discrepancies
  • Work closely with the sales and finance teams to resolve queries
  • Update and maintain accurate records of credit activity
  • Assist in setting credit limits and reviewing customer creditworthiness
  • Support month-end reporting and audits
