What you’ll do
- Take ownership of key workstreams across live deals, partnering closely with senior leaders
- Project manage transactions end-to-end, keeping momentum and quality high
- Shape winning pitches and compelling client proposals
- Drive the creation of high-quality deal materials (IMs, presentations, financial models, Heads of Terms)
- Lead buyer/target research, valuations, and strategic analysis
- Support negotiations, deal execution, and completion mechanics
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development
- Mentor junior team members while continuing to grow your own expertise
