Responsibilities:
- Processing of direct cost invoices
- Monitoring and assisting with the purchase ledger
- Uploading invoices on the accounting system
- Preparation and creation of weekly payment runs to suppliers
- Maintaining the banking system supplier payment templates
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Working with the Management Accountant to process and analyse purchases
- Taking ownership of and business partnering with other entities
- Dealing with internal and external queries
- Providing cover for overhead processing
- Assistance at month end, year end and Audit
- Ad hoc projects as may be requested by the Accounts Payable Manager or Finance Manager
