This is an excellent position to gain experience and work as a part of a growing company. You will need to be able to work independently and accurately, ensuring that all financial requirements are met and deadlines are met. Responsibilities:

  • Processing of direct cost invoices
  • Monitoring and assisting with the purchase ledger
  • Uploading invoices on the accounting system
  • Preparation and creation of weekly payment runs to suppliers
  • Maintaining the banking system supplier payment templates
  • Reconciling supplier statements
  • Working with the Management Accountant to process and analyse purchases
  • Taking ownership of and business partnering with other entities
  • Dealing with internal and external queries
  • Providing cover for overhead processing
  • Assistance at month end, year end and Audit
  • Ad hoc projects as may be requested by the Accounts Payable Manager or Finance Manager
