Are you immediately available to start within 1 or 2 weeks? Do you have excellent attention to detail and enjoy working within a team? Element Recruitment are working with a large manufacturing company in Avonmouth who are in need of an Administrator to support the Sales Team on a temp to perm basis. They are looking for a self-sufficient, detail-driven team player to manage sales orders, handle customer requests and keep our sales administration running smoothly. You’ll work across multiple accounts, liaise with internal teams and take the initiative to solve problems, all while delivering an exceptional customer experience.

Paying £13.46 per hour. Hybrid working 3 days in the office, 2 days home. Parking onsite as well as nice perks like a free lunch!

Duties include:

  • Taking ownership of sales orders from start to finish and keeping all related admin running smoothly.
  • Being the go-to person for customer queries — you’ll solve problems quickly, professionally and with a smile.
  • Working closely with teams across the business to keep information flowing and requests moving.
  • Juggling different accounts and tasks, keeping everything organised and on track.
  • Spotting smarter ways of working and suggesting improvements that make life easier for everyone.
  • Following up proactively to make sure nothing slips through the cracks and everything is completed to a high standard.
  • Pitching in to support teammates and happily taking on new responsibilities as the role grows.

You will need:

  • Experience in administration, order processing or customer support — you’re confident handling busy workloads.
