The Role

• Take ownership of developing and supporting junior team members
• Build strong on-site relationships with a broad range of stakeholders
• Lead audits from planning through to completion
• Work closely with the audit management team to deliver exceptional service
• Contribute to networking efforts and the firm’s ambitious growth strategy

What You’ll Need

• ACA/ACCA qualification
• Strong external audit experience within a practice environment
• Confidence managing juniors and reviewing their work
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine passion for audit and a desire to progress in this field
