You will be available on short notice, and hold very strong communication skills. Working closely with the CFO and SLT, you will be responsible for all aspects of cost management and production of the Executive Period Review Pack. This suits someone who enjoys commercial finance and adding value. Based on the outskirts of Stroud with accessible routes for commuters.
Responsibilities will include:
- Business partner with the wider business in relation to financial performance and planning
- Produce the monthly Executive Period Review pack and review content
- Lead the cost budgeting and forecasting process across the business
- Partner with all departments on delivering their budgeted and forecasted costs
- Produce the monthly board pack along with analysis and commentary
- Work with key stakeholders to deliver business improvement and projects
Your Profile:
- Qualified Accountant (ACCA / CIMA / ACA)
- Previous experience in business partnering
- Strong analytical skills
- Strong communication, ability to challenge and influence
