Fast-scaling organisation in Gloucester is looking for a Group Financial Controller at a time of Transformation and Growth. We are looking for someone who thrives in the space between technical excellence and operational transformation. You will be leading a sociable team that values collaboration over hierarchy.
Responsible for financial and compliance reporting, group consolidation and the annual audit process. This will suit someone from an SME background.
Responsibilities will include, but not limited to:
- Production of the monthly accounts and the consolidation process to group.
- Lead the preparation of statutory accounts, tax packs and compliance reporting.
- Liaise with external auditors.
- Oversee AP and AR.
- Oversee key balance sheet reconciliations.
- Support CFO to present reports to executive board members and the group.
- Lead a team of 5.
Your Profile:
- Qualified ACA / ACCA / CIMA.
- Strong technical knowledge.
