Element has an opportunity for a Project Client Coordinator to join our team at our Birchwood facilities. This is a great opportunity to work with one of the fastest growing companies in the global Testing, Inspection & Certification sector.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key point of contact for clients in terms of project tracking, updates, project changes and delivery timeframes.
  • Coordination and project management of client projects through the end-to-end project life cycle, ensuring delivery within agreed timeframes.
  • Be the primary liaison between multiple departments and clients, providing updates in terms of project milestones and deliverables.
  • Foster cross-team collaboration, coordinating working team members so workflow remains on schedule.
  • Management of multiple projects, tracking progress, problem-solving and providing regular updates to clients and key stakeholders.
  • Schedule regular update meetings keeping teams up to date with requirements and developments.

Skills / Qualifications

  • Previous experience within a project coordinator role (highly desirable).
  • Ideally exposure in the construction, civil, structural or steel sector, but not a necessity.
  • Strong interpersonal skills; ability to communicate with clients and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Highly organised with the ability to work under pressure.
  • Hands on approach to offer ideas / solutions for issues.
  • Methodical with thorough attention to detail.
  • Creative thinker – ability to think outside the box to solve problems.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Self-motivated with flexible approach to work.
