Element have an exciting opportunity in Malvern for a Test Technician/Engineer to join our rapidly expanding team. For the right candidate, this could be the first step on the ladder to a rewarding career in product testing, inspection and certification.
- Conduct EMC and Radio Frequency (RF) tests within Anechoic Chambers using a variety of test equipment including, EMI Test Receivers, Spectrum Analysers and Oscilloscopes.
- Perform testing to applicable standards or test plans, whilst accurately documenting the testing process and outcome.
- Setup test equipment and follow written specifications necessary for the accurate performance of the test.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of test standards, product test procedures, and test equipment.
- Interact with customers during the testing process, periodically assist with troubleshooting and improvement modifications.
- Experience of Commercial, Automotive and/or Military EMC Testing would be preferable.
