Element is expanding and we’re looking for a Graduate Test Technician / Engineer to join our Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC) team in Malvern. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career engineer to gain hands‑on experience, structured training, and exposure to cutting‑edge products across multiple industries.

What you’ll do:

  • Carry out EMC & Radio Frequency (RF) testing in anechoic chambers
  • Use specialist equipment (spectrum analysers, oscilloscopes, EMI receivers)
  • Test products against international standards and document results
  • Work alongside experienced engineers and customers

What we’re looking for:

  • A degree or strong academic background in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Physics or a related STEM discipline
  • A methodical approach and good attention to detail
  • Willingness to learn new skills and work in a hands‑on technical environment
  • EMC or RF experience beneficial but not essential — training provided
