Element is currently seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Market Researcher to join our team on an 18 month fixed term contract. The primary responsibility of this role is to support strategic decision-making by conducting research on current markets, identifying risks and opportunities, and providing insights for existing and new initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Develop clear and well-defined research scopes aligned with business objectives
- Collect, organize, and analyze data from various sources to identify trends and patterns
- Set up and monitor data collection systems, including electronic tools and software
- Perform calculations and utilize mathematical skills to interpret data accurately
- Document findings, including any deviations, and prepare comprehensive reports
- Adhere to research parameters and ensure data integrity throughout the process
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to communicate insights effectively
Skills / Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, fostering open and respectful collaboration
- Ability to represent the company professionally at events and meetings
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
- Certification background is a plus
