Element Materials Technology in Edinburgh is seeking a Customer Support Coordinator on a 12‑month contract.

The role is the first point of contact for global customers, handling calls, emails, and web inquiries to pre-qualify leads and assign them to the right laboratory or sales team.

The position offers hybrid work with three days in the Edinburgh office and full-time hours (39 per week, Monday–Thursday 8:30am–5pm, Friday 8:30am–4pm).
