Element has an opportunity for a Head of Planning. Lead the development and deployment of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) toolset deployed in the business and ensure integration with the global organisations systems and tools.

Programme Management leadership:

  • Be the Programme Management functional lead to ensure Programme Management best practices are consistently deployed across all projects.
  • Operate a Programme Management Office (PMO) to ensure effective governance of programme and project performance.
  • Mentor, coach and develop our engineering team in Programme Management skills.

Facilities Management leadership across the EDE footprint.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Leading business units/entities with accountability for Operations Management and Planning.
  • Operating a PMO and managing programmes/projects.
  • Strong business acumen with familiarity of operating a Profit and Loss.
  • Team player with ability to influence and lead peers.
  • Strong communicator with a customer focused mindset.
  • Experience within a Consultancy Business would be beneficial but not essential.
