Graduate Engineer Programme 2026/2027 â Aerospace & Defence

Who Are We Looking For? Are you passionate about launching a career in the Aerospace and Defence industry, with a keen interest in areas such as aerospace materials and composites, materials science and structural integrity, product design and installation, engineering and systems integration, manufacturing and production processes, product certification and compliance, and research and development of aerospace technologies.
Join us on an exciting graduate engineer programme where you will gain hands-on experience across various functions within our aerospace and defence business. Location of placement within our programme will be dependant on business requirements.

Skills / Qualifications
What Weâre Looking For:
- Degree qualified 2:1 or above in engineering, materials science, aerospace engineering, or related STEM subjects
- Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities and a passion for technical challenges
- Methodical, organised, and able to work effectively to deadlines
- Confident decision-maker, able to prioritise tasks and justify solutions clearly
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable delivering presentations and engaging with stakeholders
