Responsibilities
- Analyse KPIs such as traffic, conversion, search ranking, price compliance, and product availability.
- Monitor sales performance across customer e-commerce platforms; identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Support the execution of digital sales strategies to maximise conversion, visibility, and online revenue.
- Keyword analysis, proposal and implementation of campaigns via our website, e-commerce platforms and social media channels.
- Track performance (ROI) and monitor effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Help to manage online development strategy to drive sales growth.
- Initiate content improvement including photography, description editing, optimisation and catalogue search.
- Maintain up-to-date product catalogues and ensure consistency across all digital touchpoints.
- Co-ordinate end-to-end set-up of new products on e-commerce platforms (internal and customer systems).
- Liaise with Product Managers, Supply Chain, and customer teams to ensure timely and accurate launches.
Qualifications
- Educated to A Level or equivalent, or through proven experience of creating communications such as blogs, articles and social media posts.
- Proven experience in websites, e-commerce and social media management.
- Proficient in using e-commerce platforms such as Amazon and eBay.
- Solid grasp of e-commerce platforms and online retail ecosystems.
- Commercially aware.
- Adobe & Photoshop skills.
- Excellent IT skills, particularly proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Analytic and numerate – experience in gap analysis to make recommendations.
- Sound knowledge of SEO.
- Excellent content writing and graphics skills.
- Ability to plan and activate marketing campaigns and report on ROI.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively cross-functionally with marketing, operations and customer service teams.
