Overview

Scope of the role: To provide administrative support to the Hitchin commercial and operational teams ensuring governance is maintained in-line with quality, safety procedures and systems.

Responsibilities

  • Safety: Ensure all safety procedures are followed
  • Quality: Ensure all procedures and processes are followed in line with quality management system
  • Delivery: Support operational teams with administrative tasks to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Work closely with technical teams to generate client proposals
  • Engage with clients to ensure high level of proposal throughput is maintained
  • Provide administrative support to commercial team
  • Meet set commercial KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Attend team and leadership daily meetings
  • Meet set operational KPIs on a daily, weekly and monthly basis
  • Generate commercial and operational data for management review
  • Support commercial team with proposal generation
  • Attend client meetings online and in person
  • Support commercial and operational teams with business improvements
