Warringtonfire, part of the Element Group, has an excellent opportunity for an Administrator to join our team, based at our new state of the art testing facility based at Birchwood Park Warrington. This is a great opportunity to progress your career within a Global Testing, Inspection and Certification business.
Responsibilities
- Daily formatting of reports and issuing to customer
- Completion of general admin tasks
- Assist with the Reception desk as required and other associated tasks, including directing incoming calls and visitor arrival/departure
- Using the in-house database and other systems effectively to ensure maximum efficiency
- Ability to work flexibly in a busy environment with an established team and processes
- Organising couriers / UK and International
- Arrange correspondence for overseas deliveries
Skills / Qualifications
- Relevant experience within an office and reception environment would be advantageous
- Highly motivated and organized individual with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work within a team
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality of work or safety
