Element has an exciting opportunity for a Test Analyst to become part of our growing IT Operations. The Test Analyst will be responsible for testing various systems including D365 products and ensuring the delivery of high‐quality software solutions. The role encompasses planning, designing, executing and documenting both manual and automated tests to verify that new applications, system integrations and software enhancements meet functional and business requirements.
Responsibilities
- You will work closely with delivery teams to identify defects early, support efficient defect resolution and contribute to continuous improvement of testing processes.
- Your work will involve end-to-end system testing, integration testing and regression testing to ensure solutions are robust, stable and ready for deployment in production environments.
- Create test scenarios, scripts and plans to ensure good scenario coverage is achieved, working with business stakeholders and internal IT teams to execute those test plans.
- Facilitate User Acceptance Testing within the business to ensure that acceptance criteria are met.
- Execute test cases and document test results using Azure Dev Ops.
- Raise issues in accordance with the product defect lifecycle and perform root‐cause analysis on issues found during test execution.
- Participate in agile development processes including sprint planning, daily stand‐ups and retrospectives.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test plans and test cases.
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of requirements and expectations.
- Be self‐motivated and able to work independently as well as in a team.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Knowledge of automated testing, ideally RSAT or similar.
