You will lead the lab team, ensure QA and H&S compliance, and drive annual lab plans to meet budgets, while representing the company at industry meetings and maintaining rigorous records.
You will draft Capex proposals and push them through approvals, improve customer satisfaction from feedback, and design tests and rigs to meet standards while maintaining five‑sense 5S lab.
