As a Service Technician at Element Logic, you will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on our customers\’ technical equipment. You\’ll also play a key role in the installation of new sales and extensions, serving as the commissioning expert. Your work will directly impact the smooth operation and long-term performance of our solutions, ensuring our customers get the most value from their investments.
Preferred locations in the North of the UK: Preston, Warrington, Manchester, Stockport, Leeds, Bradford, Huddersfield, Wakefield, Doncaster, Scunthorpe, Sheffield, Mansfield, Nottingham, Stoke on Trent, Lincoln
Duties and Responsibilities:
β’ Carry out maintenance tasks according to the manuals and processes provided by Element Logic
β’ Perform equipment repairs and spare parts replacements following Element Logic\’s detailed procedures
β’ Report on all completed tasks to our back-office teams and team leader
β’ Prepare reports on service visits and TODβs for Customers
β’ Collaborate with customers to understand their needs and communicate the importance of preventative maintenance
β’ Managing spares for van, customers and internal stock.
Competence Areas:
β’ Electrical knowledge β An ability to fault find, read and interpret electrical drawings.
β’ Mechanical competence β hands on with an ability to read and interpret mechanical assembly drawings.
β’ Remote troubleshooting skills – you can search for and implement solutions via the software tools provided by Element Logic
β’ Continuous learning – you\’ll complete internal and supplier-led training to stay up to date
β’ Certifications β MEWP 3A &3B along with FLT (reach/counterbalance) preferred,
β’ HSE- Recognised experience with RAMS, and an ability to edit and amend.
β’ System knowledge – you\’ll gain expertise in Element Logic\’s proprietary software.
β’ IT/PC literate.- To a good level.
