Who we are and what we do: Element Human (Crowd Emotion Ltd) has been around for six years, learning about emotions and working through several iterations of our new HX Workbench. We currently primarily work with brands, agencies and publishers, but we support anyone who wants to understand how people feel about them and their products. We plan to grow fast but sustainably and we're looking for new team members who can help with that. We want to find people who will work independently, hold themselves to a high standard and support their teammates. In return, we are flexible about hours and encourage working from home. We believe that if we treat our employees like adults they will produce their best work.
What we need for this role: After six years working with emotions and behaviour, we've just released our new platform and we're looking for someone who can help our team develop it further. We're looking for someone who has previous experience in software development, particularly someone who would be comfortable working in Python. We'd also ideally like to see someone who has some experience working with a cloud infrastructure and is able to traverse the stack (whilst not needing to be a full stack developer).
Responsibilities:
- Work with our Design team to translate comps and wireframes into pixel-perfect pages.
- Take on some full stack capabilities. It's an API-heavy project so the more help we can get, the better!
- Work closely with Product Management and Customer Experience to make sure our platform is aligned to our customers' needs.
- Work with the rest of the team to monitor any bugs and keep impact to a minimum.
How to apply: Send us your CV, covering letter and any supporting materials (e.g. Git repository) to recruitment@elementhuman.com
