2026 is going to be an exciting year for elemed! We are a premier, self-funded, and 100% privately owned consultancy specialising in the world of Medical Devices. From artificial hearts to cancer-fighting radiotherapy machines, the people we place change lives.
Now, we are expanding to offer more services to our clients than ever before, and we need great recruitment consultants to help us do it. We are looking for Perm recruitment consultants who specialise in recruitment into Life Sciences or Medical Devices.
Over the past 10 years, we have partnered with clients all over Europe and the US, working alongside big names, start-ups, and challengers, to support them with their talent goals. We are now looking for great people to help us build on those existing relationships and help us create brand new ones as well.
We are looking for people who love winning new business, know how to build relationships, and most importantly, want to be an active and valuable part of a growing team and company.
The Role
This is a high-impact position that combines expert level 360 recruitment with the opportunity to develop personally, be involved strategically and help shape the future of our team. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Full 360 Ownership: You’ll drive your own commercial success, leveraging our established MedTech client relationships to cross-sell and open this exciting new vertical.
- Strategic Partnering: You won’t just fill spots; you’ll build deep, long-term client relationships and collaborate internally to offer real talent solutions.
- Market Expert: You’ll be the "go-to" scout, using creative headhunting and market mapping to find and nurture the best niche talent.
- Role Model: You’ll lead by example, supporting new members and championing best practices to demonstrate what excellence looks like.
How We Work
We believe in empowering our team, not micromanaging them. You will have the autonomy to make decisions about your desk, and the voice to impact change. We leverage a best in class tech stack and AI automation to strip away the boring admin, allowing you to focus on leading your team and closing deals.
Who You Are
You are an accomplished recruiter who thrives on the autonomy of running your own desk while setting the standard for the team around you. Whether you are a consistent top biller looking for a better platform or a rising star ready to step into a senior role, you have a proven track record of winning new business and nurturing high-value relationships. You will need recent 360 experience in Life Sciences or Medical Device.
The Rewards
- Stability & Agility: The economic stability of a self-funded business, combined with the rapid decision making and agility of a boutique consultancy.
- Care: With private healthcare and an online physical and mental well-being support app, we look after you.
- Culture: A team that celebrates and supports each other. A flexible environment built on the understanding that we are all adults.
- Growth: An opportunity to be a driving force behind our exciting future and a clear pathway to take on wider responsibility as the business expands.
