Your mission
As a talent partner (360), you will be responsible for creating an exceptional candidate and customer experience. Your mission will be to win business, build relationships, network, manage client relationships, and recruit potential candidates within your market.
Company facing responsibilities
- Developing long-term relationships and partnerships with clients.
- Understanding client requirements at both a strategic and tactical level.
- Leveraging Elemed solutions across all areas of talent management.
- Building strong commercial and long-term relationships with clients.
- Work collaboratively with other business areas to leverage opportunity.
- Achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
- Training new members of the team.
Candidate facing responsibilities
- Nurturing and developing relationships with our talent community.
- Running search campaigns online and by phone.
- Headhunting and market mapping.
- Managing contact with candidates through to offer negotiation.
- Providing interview coaching and general career advice.
- Using our customised CRM to manage candidate records.

What we are looking for
- 3+ years of experience recruiting in a permanent, technical market.
- Experience covering international/european markets.
- 360 Recruitment experience in the medical device or diagnostics industry.
- Strong search skills using LinkedIn recruiter and advanced Boolean search.
- Consistent placements over a minimum of a 1-year period.
- Resilient, creative, curious, and process-driven.
