2026 is going to be an exciting year for elemed! We are a premier, self-funded, and 100% privately owned consultancy specialising in the world of Medical Devices. From artificial hearts to cancer-fighting radiotherapy machines, the people we place change lives. Now, we are expanding to offer more services to our clients than ever before, and we need great recruitment consultants to help us do it.
We are looking for Perm recruitment consultants who specialise in Software Engineering and/or AI. AI is rapidly changing the MedTech industry. There is an opportunity for forward-thinking recruitment consultants to take the market by storm and become pioneers in being able to support our existing client base and the industry as a whole with these hires.
The Role
- Full 360 Ownership: You’ll drive your own commercial success, leveraging our established MedTech client relationships to cross-sell and open this exciting new vertical.
- Strategic Partnering: You won’t just fill spots; you’ll build deep, long-term client relationships and collaborate internally to offer real talent solutions.
- Market Expert: You’ll be the "go-to" scout, using creative headhunting and market mapping to find and nurture the best niche talent.
- Role Model: You’ll lead by example, supporting new members and championing best practices to demonstrate what excellence looks like.
