The Software Service Training Specialist designs and delivers high‑quality learning solutions across Elekta’s software portfolio, supporting global teams involved in service, installation, and upgrades. The role focuses on both eLearning and instructor‑led training, following the ADDIE instructional design methodology. You’ll create engaging courses and supporting materials—including digital, video‑based, classroom, and virtual learning—while partnering closely with subject‑matter experts to ensure technical accuracy. Working alongside Software Service Training Leads, you’ll contribute to training plans, deliver learning assets on time and to quality, and support the ongoing maintenance of training materials.
