If you're passionate about making a meaningful impact, we invite you to bring your expertise and energy to our team.What You’ll Do At Elekta:As a senior leader within our Product Development organisation, you will play a key role in delivering complex software and hardware solutions that support life-changing cancer care. Working closely with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams, you will lead large-scale Agile delivery across multiple teams and programmes, ensuring products are delivered efficiently, compliantly, and in line with strategic business objectives. You will help drive continuous improvement, remove delivery barriers, and foster collaboration across a highly technical and innovative environment.Responsibilities:Lead the planning and delivery of complex product releases and programmes across multiple Agile teams.Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to align roadmaps, priorities, and delivery objectives.Drive Program Increment (PI) Planning and facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops.Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and resource demands to ensure successful product delivery.Coach and support teams in Agile ways of working, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.Provide clear reporting on delivery progress, opportunities, risks, and challenges to stakeholders.Ensure compliance with Elekta's product lifecycle processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.Monitor delivery performance, budgets, and key metrics to drive successful outcomes across the portfolio.What You’ll Bring:Significant experience leading complex software, hardware, or product development programmes within an Agile environment.Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or similar methodologies, with experience facilitating large-scale planning events.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders, dependencies, risks, and priorities within a complex technical environment.Experience delivering products within regulated industries such as medical devices, healthcare technology, or other highly regulated sectors.Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence both technical and non-technical audiences.Relevant Agile, Project Management, or SAFe certifications and a degree in a related discipline are advantageous.Work Pattern (you are required to work from the Crawley HQ 4 days a week with 1-day WFH)Up to 25 paid vacation days (plus bank holidays)Holiday Purchase SchemePrivate Medical InsuranceAttractive Employer Pension Contribution PackageCycle to work schemeLife AssuranceOnsite subsidized restaurant, offering budget-friendly diningLove electric (Electric vehicle salary sacrifice scheme) Hiring process:Apply by submitting your application and résumé in English, via the “Apply” button.
