The Manager, UX Development role leads Elekta’s UX Development team globally and oversees front‑end development activities for Elekta’s software products, ensuring that they are effective, efficient, satisfying and safe to use. This role is based in Crawley.
Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Line‑manage a team of individual UX Developers, responsible for hiring, performance management, career development, and motivating the team towards excellent performance.
- Understand Elekta’s products and their contexts to prioritise the resourcing of the team to the most important products and projects, creating the greatest possible UX/product quality, development efficiency and measurable business impact.
- Develop and maintain a network of Elekta stakeholders; in particular, leaders in the Product and Engineering divisions. Understand the needs of these stakeholders, agree on the scope of work with them, and ensure they are kept up to date with progress.
- Support the Head of UX.
