What You’ll Do At Elekta:
As our Agile Delivery Leader, you'll drive the successful delivery of complex product initiatives, bringing together cross‑functional teams to deliver high‑quality solutions, enable Agile ways of working, and turn product vision into customer value.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the successful delivery of complex product releases, ensuring alignment with product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business objectives.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and long‑term delivery planning.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect.
