What Youâll Do At Elekta:
- The Software Service Training Specialist designs and delivers highâquality learning solutions across Elektaâs software portfolio, supporting global teams involved in service, installation, and upgrades. The role focuses on both eLearning and instructorâled training, following the ADDIE instructional design methodology.
- Youâll create engaging courses and supporting materialsâincluding digital, videoâbased, classroom, and virtual learningâwhile partnering closely with subjectâmatter experts to ensure technical accuracy.
- Working alongside Software Service Training Leads, youâll contribute to training plans, deliver learning assets to time and quality, and support the ongoing maintenance of E&T Cloud master images.
Responsibilities
- Content Creation & Content Delivery Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver training content following the ADDIE instructional design methodology and in line with the SSTS content creation guidelines & processes.
- Plan and document content development & delivery activities in the appropriate Monday.com boards in line with SSTS work instructions.
- Conduct virtual and in-person training sessions for global audiences.
- Work closely with SSTS Training Solution Leads to input into training plans & align deliverables with release dates & audience upskilling needs.
- Create eLearning modules in collaboration with Subject Matter Experts.
- Create videos, screen recordings & animations as required.
- Maintain and update training materials based on product updates and participant feedback.
- Manage the deployment of learning artefacts to Elektaâs Learning Management System.
- Manage the recording of attendance for instructor-led classroom & virtual courses.
- Qualify for and maintain the âContent Developerâ and âInstructorâ roles in Elektaâs Management System.
- Use defined communication channels to notify core audiences & stakeholders of new learning & upskilling opportunities.
- Deploy, troubleshoot and delete E&T Cloud virtual training systems as instructed.
- Perform ongoing hygiene & maintenance operations in E&T Cloud systems.
What You'll Bring:
- Educated to degree or diploma in Instructional Design, Education OR IT-related qualifications OR demonstrable knowledge comparable to this requirement.
- Solid and demonstrable knowledge of the use, deployment or maintenance of Elektaâs software products & solutions desired, gained through 3+ yearsâ experience in either a Support, Installation, Upgrade or comparable role.
- Expertise in either the technical or application/workflow domain required.
- Experience with instructional design principles and adult learning methodologies (andragogy) desired.
- Experience with creating content in rapid authoring environment such as Rise 360 desired.
- Experience with creating & editing video content in environments such as Camtasia desired.
- Availability & eligibility for overnight travel domestic and international required.
