What you’ll do at Elekta:
- As a Finance Business Analyst for the Linac and Software Solutions business line of Elekta, you’ll provide insightful in-depth financial performance analysis while working alongside the Business Controllers.
- Your role will involve supporting month-end reporting, business planning, and financial reporting processes.
This is a 6-month fixed-term position (extension is possible but not guaranteed).
Responsibilities:
- Analyse financial data and provide reporting and recommendations to support business decisions.
- Work with the wider Finance team of the business line to deliver the business planning process.
- Preparation of month-end close reporting packages.
- Support business intelligence development initiatives to drive improvement in BI insights and build narratives for non-finance stakeholders.
- Support financial analysis for various business line initiatives.
- Act as a business partner to the commercial organization.
What you bring:
- This is a fixed-term role, ideal for a candidate who is eager to learn and develop while also being a self-starter and a valuable team contributor.
- Degree in Finance or Business.
- Qualified or part-qualified professional finance qualification.
- Proficiency in written and verbal communication skills in English to be able to document, visualize and convey messages in an impactful way to finance and non-finance stakeholders.
- Analytical skills: strong capacity in structuring and simplifying complex issues and handling and interpreting large datasets.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
- Previous experience with QlikSense would be preferable but not essential.
