What You'll Do
- Partner with engineering and product development teams to identify, capture and assess innovations with patent potential.
- Support invention disclosure reviews, prior‑art searches and patentability assessments in collaboration with Patent Attorneys.
- Maintain and support the development of Elekta's patent portfolio, ensuring accurate records and effective portfolio management.
- Monitor competitor activity, technology trends and intellectual‑property landscapes to provide valuable business insights.
- Promote IP awareness through training, guidance materials and engagement with technical teams.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of IP processes, innovation management tools, reporting and cross‑functional collaboration.
- What You'll Bring
- University education in science or engineering (or equivalent) with the ability to understand technical concepts in electronics, physics or software.
- Recent graduate or up to 2years of experience.
- Interest in patents, IP, innovation management or technology commercialisation.
- Familiarity with scientific literature reviews, patent databases or technical searching.
