This role drives the commercialization and delivery of Elekta’s Oncology Lifecycle Services across the region, working closely with the Regional Head to position Professional Consulting Services as a key differentiator. You will shape and execute the Elekta ONE strategy by combining deep clinical and technical expertise with a consultative sales approach, supporting pre‑ and post‑sales activities, customer adoption, and long‑term success. Acting as a trusted expert for radiotherapy software solutions, you will influence smart workflow transformation, adaptive therapy rollout, and therapy planning innovation, while partnering with Sales, Service Delivery, and Marketing to accelerate growth, maximize customer value, and elevate customer satisfaction and NPS.
Responsibilities
- Support region proposing documented, optimized plans and clinical workflows to demonstrate the strength during sales process.
- Provide continuous consultative clinical approach to key Elekta customers and reference sites.
- Contribute to develop a network of external Key Opinion Leaders (KOL) / advocates and reference sites through key partnership collaboration and reference site development agreements.
- Participate in the organization of Treatment planning Challenges and Plan Quality contest.
- Support exhibitions, conferences and seminars when required providing product demonstrations.
- Through cross-functional teams, contribute as one of the main drivers of customer-facing clinical segment experts to ensure that pre‑sales solution value propositions are executed post‑sales to drive advanced utilization of Elekta solutions.
- In collaboration with service clinical experts drive advanced adoption of Elekta’s offering by supporting local and regional sales projects, and to support clinical implementation and optimal use in key customer sites as required.
- Drive competitiveness of Elekta’s portfolio through customer collaboration to develop clinical and operational Proof points and evidence, and related marketing and sales tools (e.g. case studies, literature reviews, whitepapers).
- Develop tools & scripts and train sales & clinical apps to provide consistent & effective messaging & positioning of various product solutions.
- Support the development and execution of regional marketing plans with clinical input and expertise, and representing the voice of the customer.
- Work in conjunction with Elekta sales teams to assist in bringing the deals to closure.
- Support pipeline development and forecast reporting, participate in forecasts & book and bill activities while actively promoting, presenting, and demonstrating company solutions to customers and prospects.
- Achieve unit/volume sales and appropriate product mix in the most profitable way as established through order and revenue goals by finance and senior management.
- Adhere and promote the Elekta Sales Methodology, Elekta Business Governance principles, Elekta Values and the Elekta Sales Policy for the region.
- Develop strong understanding of the client’s vision for their organization via Bonding & Rapport and Pain funnels to mutually assist the customer in realizing how the Elekta portfolio enhances that vision.
- Drive the familiarization of established accounts with new products, services and developments (market penetration).
- Demonstrate new products and services offerings and assist in the selection of those best suited to customer’s needs.
What You’ll Bring
- Medical Physics Degree is mandatory with at least 5 years of clinical experience.
- Exposure or additional experience in Sales or Marketing is a plus.
- Strength in building and maintaining customer focus and customer relationships.
- High energy & results oriented, with the ability to influence change (attitudes, business process) both within Elekta and the client organization.
- Creative and entrepreneurial – ability to get things done in unconventional ways.
- Thrive in a fast paced, technology driven environment with the knowledge and confidence to position Elekta’s products as the best choice in the market and a customer favourite.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to 50% of the time.
