Responsibilities
- Lead the successful delivery of complex product releases, ensuring alignment with product strategy, roadmap priorities, and business objectives.
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Architecture teams to manage roadmaps, backlogs, and long-term delivery planning.
- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies, including PI Planning, Scrum of Scrums, System Demos, and Inspect & Adapt workshops, driving alignment across teams.
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery challenges, ensuring proactive mitigation plans are in place.
- Provide clear reporting and stakeholder communication on delivery progress, opportunities, blockers, and performance metrics.
- Balance demand across teams, optimise priorities and capacity, and support the successful delivery of programme objectives.
- Coach and support teams in Agile best practices, fostering collaboration, continuous improvement, and delivery excellence.
- Work closely with technical teams to navigate complex engineering challenges while ensuring compliance with quality, regulatory, and product lifecycle processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline (or equivalent experience), with Agile and/or project management certifications such as SAFe, RTE, PMI, or PRINCE2 Agile preferred.
- 7+ years’ experience leading Agile delivery within complex software, hardware, or technical environments, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, cross‑functional programmes and product releases.
- Strong leadership, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills, with experience leading workshops, Agile ceremonies, and planning events across multiple teams.
- Solid technical understanding and the ability to collaborate effectively with engineering, architecture, and systems teams in complex technical environments.
- Experience delivering products within regulated industries and to international standards; healthcare IT or medical device experience is highly desirable.
