Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Associate Dentist role based at the Elegant Smiles practice in Grantham. The Associate Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including routine examinations, diagnosis, treatment planning, and delivery of restorative and preventive treatments. Daily responsibilities include managing patient consultations, performing clinical procedures, maintaining detailed and accurate clinical records, and ensuring adherence to relevant clinical and safety standards. The role involves working closely with dental nurses and support staff to ensure smooth patient flow and a positive patient experience. The Associate Dentist will also participate in case discussions, contribute to continuous quality improvement, and support the practice’s growth and reputation within the community.
Qualifications
- Licensed dentist with appropriate professional registration and eligibility to practice dentistry in the region.
