About Elegant Clutter
At Elegant Clutter, we believe art can be anything and anything is possible. From bespoke wall coverings to fine art reproductions and sculptural installations, we create visual experiences for some of the world’s most exciting hotels, restaurants, and hospitality spaces. Our studios bring together designers, makers, artists, and production specialists to turn ambitious ideas into beautifully crafted finished work.
The Role
You’ll coordinate workflow across our multidisciplinary design team, making sure the right work lands with the right people at the right time. You’ll be the link between Design, Print, and Production - balancing deadlines, solving bottlenecks, and keeping projects flowing from concept to creation. This is hands-on too: you’ll provide artworking support, line-manage an artworker, and step into print production cover when needed. Alongside workflow leadership, we’re looking for someone with a natural curiosity for studio technology. You’ll take an active interest in Apple Mac systems, creative software, and emerging tools - including AI - acting as a bridge between our design team and external IT partners. From identifying upgrade needs to sharing new ways of working, you’ll help keep our studio future-ready as well as operationally brilliant.
What You’ll Do
- Manage studio workflow & scheduling
- Allocate projects and monitor capacity
- Liaise with print & production teams
- Prepare artwork for print
- Line-manage one Artworker
- Improve systems and studio processes
- Maintain awareness of Apple Mac systems and creative software developments
- Explore emerging technologies (including AI) that could enhance workflow and production
- Help the team adopt new tools, upgrades, and smarter ways of working
What We’re Looking For
- Studio or print workflow experience
- Strong Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator
- Excellent organisation & prioritisation skills
- Understanding of digital print production
- Calm, solutions-focused mindset
- A collaborative, team-first approach
Why Join Us?
Because this isn’t just traffic management. It’s shaping how creativity moves. It’s supporting designers to do their best work. It’s being at the operational heart of a studio where art becomes reality. Our Creativity thrives because of the people behind it. We’re proud to be an inclusive studio made up of diverse voices, perspectives, and nationalities - something that continually enriches our work and culture. Alongside a supportive working environment, we offer benefits including an Employee Assistance Programme, death in service cover (4x salary), auto-enrolment pension, a buy/sell holiday scheme, plus regular team socials and creative workshops that keep our ideas - and our people - inspired.
Salary up to £34k depending on experience. Send us your CV, digital portfolio, and salary expectations. Upon application your CV will be sent to Elegant Clutter and Vickers Neal ONLY. We do NOT send CVs to third parties.
