Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a highly organised, detail‑driven Junior Logistics Assistant to keep projects moving smoothly from our studios to client sites. You will coordinate internal goods flow, prepare outgoing projects (domestic and international), and support on courier bookings, van loading, and general warehouse presentation, working closely with Project Managers, Operations, Styling and Installation teams.
Scope of the Role
Working across courier, project, installation and warehouse activities, you will help ensure the right items leave on time, arrive in the right condition, and are documented correctly. The role blends hands‑on warehouse work, van loading and driving, and clear, timely admin in email, spreadsheets and the database.
Key Responsibilities
- Warehouse Management & Internal Goods Flow: Maintain clear project pallet spaces and logical internal goods movement. Includes cleanliness & upkeep of all logistics spaces.
- Prepare All Domestic Projects for Departure: Allocate exit pallets, ensure correct packaging, safely load into collecting vehicles, process paperwork, and ensure all project items make it from departments to site.
- Arrange Small‑Order Projects: Coordinate with internal teams and select suitable external delivery options to ensure fast‑track, safe dispatch of small‑scale projects.
- Prepare Products for International Shipment: Including quality inspection, labelling, boxing, wrapping, palletising, crating, modifying crates and loading.
- Pick & Prepare Items: Pick items from project inventory areas using specification sheets and where prepared by Project Management and Styling teams. Pack securely and relocate to designated pallets for dispatch.
- Production Assistance: Support the final stages of production and help accelerate courier projects by coordinating last‑minute tasks and facilitating local collections or deliveries to keep schedules on track.
- Maintain Packaging Stock: Monitor inventory levels, implement cost‑effective ordering practices, and support the introduction and evaluation of new packaging products to optimise quality and budget.
Skills & Qualifications
- Excellent organisation and time management in a fast‑paced production/logistics environment.
- Clear, confident communication with internal teams and external suppliers/carriers.
- Good commercial awareness, strong numeracy and solid computer literacy.
- Calm under pressure with a practical, solutions‑focused mindset and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Full, clean UK driving licence. Safe, courteous and confident large‑van driver.
- Meticulous attention to detail in paperwork, labelling, packing and dispatch checks.
- Forklift licence preferred.

- Positive, team‑first mindset with enthusiasm to improve EC storage areas as needs evolve.
- Takes pride in a clean, well‑organised workspace; curious and eager to learn.
