Vickers Neal Recruitment are delighted to be working with Elegant Clutter at their site in Leamington Spa. We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Art Installation Specialist to join the existing team.
About Elegant Clutter
At Elegant Clutter, we believe art can be anything — and anything is possible. From bespoke wall coverings to fine art reproductions and sculptural installations, we create visual experiences for some of the world’s most exciting hotels, restaurants, and hospitality spaces. Our studios bring together designers, makers, artists, and production specialists to turn ambitious ideas into beautifully crafted finished work.
If you thrive in a creative environment and love the challenge of installing exceptional artwork in stunning spaces, we’d love to hear from you.
Purpose of the Role
We’re looking for a practical, resourceful, and detail-driven Art Installation Specialist to join our team. Scope of the Role
As an Art Installation Specialist, you will work on-site at luxury hotels, restaurants, and hospitality venues across the UK and occasionally overseas. You’ll handle everything from framed artwork and mirrors to large-scale sculptural pieces and bespoke wall coverings. When not on-site, you’ll support production in our workshop, applying or learning carpentry, framing, and finishing skills.

Install 2D and 3D artworks, including framed pieces, mirrors, sculptural elements, and wall claddings, using safe and appropriate fixing methods.
