As part of an inter‑country defence treaty, our client is working with a number of European businesses on long‑term agreements, providing technology, training and support to support the development of EU manufacturing capabilities of their weapon systems under licence. This role will take ownership of delivering multi‑national technology transfer projects, managing schedules, costs and compliance, shaping outcomes across complex supply chains, with a focus on major equipment procurement.
What you will be doing:
- Deliver technology transfer projects across suppliers and recipients to schedule and cost
- Ensure compliance with export control and licensing requirements
- Maintain project reporting and risk registers for multiple stakeholders
- Coordinate internal and external teams to achieve delivery objectives
Your experience:
- Degree qualified in a relevant subject (Business, Project Management) or experience in Project Management, Offset Management or Technology Transfer.
- An understanding of commercial constructs associated with Technology Transfer including contracts (prime and sub), Requests for Quotations, Statement of Works, Technical Requirement Specifications, Intellectual Property valuation and Licensing (Royalties and Fees) etc.
- An understanding and experience of dealing with non‑UK nationals and culture sensitivities.
- Strong project management skills within technical or export‑controlled environments with multi‑stakeholder coordination.
- Knowledge of export control, licensing and intellectual property.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent workstreams.
- Effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.
Salary and rewards:
Circa ÂŁ50,000 plus company bonus up to ÂŁ2,500.

What you will need:
- British nationality or dual‑national with one British nationality
- Eligible to obtain Security Check (SC) clearance
Where you will be based:
Stevenage, hybrid working 2–3 days per week, with occasional international travel. Due to the nature of work at our client’s site, these vacancies are only open to British Citizens (or dual‑national holders of which one nationality must be British) who hold SC clearance or can obtain it. This is a permanent role.
