Step into a role where your systems engineering expertise drives the development of advanced missile technologies. You will join a collaborative, multi-functional team, shaping the design of critical products while influencing every stage of the lifecycle.
Your role:
- Lead systems design activities and technical trade studies across the product lifecycle
- Develop system architectures and ensure traceability, verification, and validation
- Coordinate with multiple stakeholders to deliver assurance and certification plans
- Support capability enhancements through innovative solutions and problem solving
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in systems engineering, including requirements management, system architecture design, interface definition, design assurance, and verification planning
- Proficiency in Rational DOORS for requirement management and traceability
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to produce clear engineering documentation
- Excellent communication, listening, and time management skills
- A desire to grow technical knowledge and improve systems engineering practices
