Working: Hybrid, 2–3 days on site

What you will need

  • British or Dual UK National, BPSS clearance required
  • Understanding of PCB design, manufacture and assembly
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external collaboration
  • Self‑motivated and methodical approach with a logical problem‑solving mindset
  • Flexible to travel, including occasional international visits

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and evaluate PCB and electronic manufacturing processes
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams and suppliers, including international partners
  • Assess PCB fabrication and assembly processes and support failure analysis
  • Contribute to documented standards and best practices across national and international teams
  • Provide technical support for UK international programmes across all areas of PCB design, manufacture, and assembly
